Your Sunday Meal Prep just got sweeter!
Looking for a quick snack or dessert to curb your hunger and sweet tooth? These Chocolate Chip Energy Bites are easy to make and use molassess and maple syrup to gently sweeten each bite. They’re are full of protein, good fats and fibre that will keep you full and satisfied while on the go!

Makes: 12-15 bites
* 1/2 cup of quinoa flakes
* 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
* 2/3 cup peanut butter (or sunflower/chickpea butter for nut free option)
* 2 tbs of hemp seeds
* 2 tbs of chia seeds
* 1 tbs of organic molasses
* 1 tbs of maple syrup
1️⃣ Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Use a spatula to mix all ingredients together until it becomes even and moist.
2️⃣ Scoop about a table spoon of the mixture into your hand and roll it in to a ball. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet.
3️⃣ For best results, place the baking sheet in the fridge for 10 minutes an hour based on preference. You could also eat them right away!
